AllMeds’ PatientHx™ Web Portal, provides patients with a secure web portal application (SSL 128 bit encryption), where they quickly complete their Past Family, Social History and Review of Systems (PFSH/ROS). Instead of filling out lengthy, handwritten forms when they arrive at the office, patients complete a clearly organized web-questionnaire prior to coming to the office. Completing the questionnaire at home allows patients to retrieve health-related documents and prescription bottles at their leisure.  This ensures more complete and accurate histories, making your records more reliable and helpful.
 
Data entry time is drastically reduced by using the PatientHx Web Portal, saving office staff valuable hours for more urgent tasks.
